- Oversee and manage all on-site activities for renovation and interior design projects.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and safety standards.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Prepare and submit reports on project progress and any issues encountered.
- Manage and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide leadership and guidance to site workers and subcontractors.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Site Supervisor, Project Coordinator, or in Project Management within the renovation industry.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Technical knowledge of construction and renovation practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
