Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Identify and coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track.
Provide guidance and direction to team members, subcontractors, and vendors.
Conduct regular meetings or catchups to communicate project updates, milestones, and expectations to stakeholders, especially to management.
Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate cost estimation and tracking.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project profitability.
Review and approve project expenses, invoices, and change orders.
Lead and oversee all aspects of tendering and contractual matters for the projects in which the company is involved, from initiation to implementation.
Lead and chair the tender participation/quotation committee for awarding works to subcontractors and suppliers, making informed decisions that align with project objectives.
Implement quality control measures to maintain high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications and requirements.
Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
Address any legal or contractual issues that may arise during the project.
Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Provide regular reports to the top management regarding project performance in relation to contract requirements.
Actively participate in audits related to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards.
Perform ad-hoc tasks given by the Management.
Job Requirements
Project management with experienced at least 3 years and above.
Project experience in structural, architectural and interior design works especially on residential building project.
Possess minimum Bachelor Degree in related field registered with professional body i.e (LAM, BEM, RISM, etc).
Strong technical knowledge and problem solver.
Able travel various location of work in Malaysia.
Have entrepreneurial skills and mindset.
Independent and reliable.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
