Requirements:- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Construction field.
Must be able to operate Microsoft Project / Primavera 6
Bachelor Degreee in Construction Management/Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- You are required to perform the work based as a scope of service. Details as below:
Developing
Master Work Program using Microsoft Project/Primavera P6- Monitor and review work program submitted by main contractor and sub contractor
Providing analysis and report for the client (project owner) to ensure the smooth progress of the project.- Collaborating with engineers, architects to determine the specification of the project
Negotiation contract with sub-contractor and suppliers to reach profitable agreements
- Submit and negotiation quotation with clients and customers
Prepare and submit project budget and schedule.- Good management of the project team to ensure that we are able to fulfil customer needs in the schedule
Able to give correct guidance when the project team is facing problems
- Review and submit progress report to clients and customers
Prepare and submit progress claim to clients and customers- Able to attend meeting with sub-contractor, clients and customers to resolve problems in the project
Verify and certify sub-contractor claim and submit to project director
