Requirements:- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Construction field.
Must be able to operate Microsoft Project / Primavera 6
Bachelor Degreee in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil

Developing
Master Work Program using Microsoft Project/Primavera P6- Providing analysis to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
Collaborating with engineers, architects to determine the specification of the project- Negotiation contract with sub-contractor and suppliers to reach profitable agreements
Submit and negotiation quotation with clients and customers
- Prepare and submit project budget and schedule.
Good management of the project team to ensure that we are able to fulfil customer needs in the schedule- Able to give correct guidance when the project team is facing problems
Review and submit progress report to clients and customers
- Prepare and submit progress claim to clients and customers
Able to attend meeting with sub-contractor, clients and customers to resolve problems in the project- Verify and certify sub-contractor claim and submit to project director
Monitor project cash flow to ensure project are profitable
- Follow up payment status with clients and customers
