Project Manager

Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager who is fluent in Mandarin and has experience managing projects within a manufacturing or factory environment. The Project Manager will oversee various projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and implementing process improvements. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of factory operations, and the ability to effectively communicate with both Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and English-speaking teams.

• Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Manage project budget and resource allocation.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.

Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects.

• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.

Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within project teams.

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout project execution.

Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

• Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing or factory environment.

Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Solid technical background with understanding of factory operations and processes.

• Experience with project management tools and software.

Ability to travel occasionally for project meetings and site visits.
