Job Responsibilities
Involved in end-to-end Solar project management:
- Project Management related works including project allocation, schedule planning, cost control, quality control & management for our residential projects
- On Site Project Management & Supervision
- To lead a team of engineers & technician
- Work closely with design team & QS team & Licensing team and other project relevant team
- Liaise and manage with related project consultant & consumer & other stakeholders expectation.
- Deliver Project as per schedule & quality control as per specification
- On-Site Testing & Commissioning
- Manage the safety and health at site with HSE team support
- Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed
- Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in Solar Energy Industry will be added advantage
- Good Time Management & Planning
- Independent, Self-Initiative, Responsible & Committed personality
- Possess own transport & willing to travel
