Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design,
execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of specific projects. You will manage project
teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure that projects are completed on time,
within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
Reporting to the Program Manager
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate project activities and manage project teams.- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary.
Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
Ensure projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.- Maintain all project documentation and records.
Organise project review meetings.
Bachelors degree / Diploma in Business, Information Technology, any Healthcare
discipline, or a related field.
- PMP certification is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preference for healthcare
projects, such as Total Hospital Information System (THIS) implementation.- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (MS. Project) and tools.
