We will count on you to:
Build a rapport with stakeholders to ensure transparency and regular flow of information for better client deliveries
Build the team (recruiting the right skills) as per a plan to ensure delivery.
Identifying current training needs of the team, and help come up with future skill gaps, and creating a plan for implementation.
Set expectations on performance for the team, relay difficult feedback as required, and create an environment of continuous improvement in performance amongst the team
Define / refine project scope and track progress
Ensure appropriate processes in place to ensure successful delivery.
Escalate problems as appropriate
What you need to have:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
12+ years of experience as a scrum master or project manager or a similar role.
Ability to speak Japanese or Korean is a must
Agile Scrum or PMP Certification
Leadership and management experience.
Excellent people and project management skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Proven success with managing teams and delivering successfully using Scrum Agile Framework.
