Scope of Work:
- Manage and coordinate project deliveries between clients and internal teams.
- Project planning for assigned project.
- Assist with the production of comprehensive project plans and documentation to enable the project to be managed against a clear set of defined deliverables and milestones.
- Assist with the monitoring, measuring, reviewing, and updating project processes, adjusting project plans, implementing remedial plans, and informing all relevant parties.
- Understand the competitive landscape and market trends.
- Understand and effectively communicate the company's value proposition, tech, process, and current partnerships.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with the ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture.
- Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically.

- Ensure reports and other internal intelligence and insight is provided to the sales and marketing organization.
- Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels.
- Work in accordance with applicable policies, processes, and procedures constituting organization's Information Security Policy, Data Protection Policy, Clean Desk & Screen Policy & Password Management Policy.
- Coordinating the user management in evaluating and selecting the best value software product.
- Coordinating the receipt of product and validation of product updates.
- Coordinating user training as necessary.
- Developing demo/test and conducting product demonstrations. Identifying the product defects or issues that must be resolved to ensure that the product fully meets the needs of the user.
- Working with product vendors to resolve incidents reported by users.
Requirement Skillsets and Experiences:
- Experience in managing Project governance, risks, and delivery of projects with mitigation plans.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Has experience running and executing fully remote or hybrid programs.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Has experience recruiting and/or managing a team of resources for a program.
- Has experience in handling research and managing stakeholders to evaluate and select the best value software product for the client.
- Has experience working with product vendors to resolve incidents reported.
