Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the project team to complete the assigned project (projects) in a timely and cost-effective manner and in line with the safety and acceptable quality.
To coordinate and liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and sub-contractors.- Organize workforce for respective work activities and ensure the works are according to drawings, specifications, procedures, and approved design.
Chair weekly job site meetings.
- To review and monitor site work productivity and arrange resources as required.
To report project progress to top Management/Directors.- Coordination of all sub-contract works carried out in accordance with the project schedule.
To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the management.
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline from recognized learning institutions
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity in established organizations.
- Must have experience in High and low rise construction.
Well-versed in the knowledge of design techniques, engineering, materials specification, usage & limitation, methodology of construction, contract, budgeting & costing.- Able to plan and implement priorities with good follow-up & follow-through to achieve the desired result
Strong leadership qualities and ability to lead the internal and external team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Must be computer literate.
