What you will do:
Overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.
To ensure the allocated gross margin (%GM) is achieved or improved by fully optimizing project resources.
Project revenue and cost plan Project scheduling.
Project organization including sub-contractor selection and evaluation.
Need to identify various and implement mitigation and contingency plan to ensure that the project is not derailed at any point.
Implement safety measure to ensure all work is done safely.
How you will do it:
Prepare and submit shop drawings, construction drawings and as-built drawings.
Coordinate project procurement sourcing based on best price practice Client, consultants, main - contractors liaison and goodwill building.
Resolving of project related issues including technical, commercial issues based on tender/project scope of work.
Project progress supervising, timely project claims and cost controls.
Build project margin improvement plan and opportunities including V.O opportunities.
Perform Monthly project performance analysis with engineers for project progress and action plans.
Continuous personal improvement plan and training for engineers.
What we look for:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical /Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
Preferably 6 years working experience in similar industries and in project management.
Speak optimally, foster open communication; listen to others; deliver presentations optimally. Demonstrate the ability to present information clearly so that it is understood by customers; achieve understanding and agreement with customers/contractors, other department and sales staff.
