Project Manager (IT)

We are seeking a versatile Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Plantation Management System. This is a greenfield project, where you will be managing the production module of the system, which will interface with software similar to SAP. You will work closely with our vendor, who has extensive experience in plantation solutions, ensuring smooth implementation and stakeholder management.

The role will involve overseeing a diverse group of stakeholders, from farmers to the CEO, with a significant portion of your time spent on-site in Gua Musang. This role requires the candidate to be fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the implementation of the Plantation Management System from start to finish.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure project milestones are met on time.
• Manage and communicate eUectively with stakeholders at all levels, from field workers to senior executives.
• Ensure the system integrates seamlessly with existing infrastructure, particularly interfacing with software similar to SAP.
• Handle both IT and non-IT aspects of the project, oUering versatility in project management.
• Manage on-site activities, overseeing system deployment and stakeholder engagement.
