Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager Interior Design
  • Location: Cyberjaya

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing complex projects in [industry/sector].   • Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Budget and Resource Management:
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Monitor and control project expenditures to prevent cost overruns.
  • Identify and address resource needs, including personnel, tools, and materials.
Team Leadership and Communication:
  • Lead and motivate project teams, providing direction and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate regular project meetings and communicate progress, challenges, and changes to stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Risk and Issue Management:
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Address and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of project performance and make necessary adjustments.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their requirements are met.
  • Qualifications:
Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
Experience:
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
