Job Description
- Ensuring project run smoothly and complete on time.
- Ensure all works to be carry out according to drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate sub-contractors and resources, including workers and machinery on site.
- Prepare daily site reports, take site progress pictures, check and take site measurements.
- Able to pre-amp and resolve problem that arises on site with minimum supervision.
- Good attitude and willing to learn.
- Conduct site survey and measurement work
- To ensure projects meets the stipulated quality requirements by closely monitoring & supervising the work of the subcontractor.
- Record daily site progress report/site diary
- Supervise & Coordinate site works
- Plan, organize & manage site schedule
- Report progress to project manager
- To manage site workers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure the project deadlines are met
- Liaise with interior designers, vendors, contractors and clients to ensure the smooth completion of project
- Process project rise, issues and provide solutions where applicable
- Perform quality checks on the project's materials & construction quality
- To generate & compile Weekly Progress Reports and relevant reports.
- Able to work in a fast paced with deadline given.

- at least 5 years of working experience related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Preferred candidate with an interest or background in renovation management
- Ability to juggle multiple task
- Strong project management skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
