About The Job
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for retail design and construction projects.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including design, marketing, and operations teams, to define project scope and objectives.
- Select and manage external vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure all parties adhere to agreed terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure that design concepts align with brand standards and project requirements.
- Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and materials.
- Ensure that all projects comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure high standards of workmanship and finish.
about the requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the retail or interior design industry.
- Proven track record of managing retail design and construction projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
