Your potential employer is property developer with a new venture into Data Centres in Klang Valley. As part of their expansion plan, we are seeking a new Project Manager with experience in managing data centre construction projects.
About The Job
- Responsible for the planning and management of the projects assigned, direct and advice on technical issues
- Develop project and resource allocation plans, ensuring the construction projects are in adherence to specifications and standards.
- To oversee the coordination of multidisciplinary teams for smooth execution
- To manage project budget, cost estimation, reporting, and ensuring solid cost control measures
- To maintain quality control and audits to uphold compliances with safety regulations and quality standards
- To develop risk mitigation strategies, adjust project plans to address potential risk
Skills & Experiences Required
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant discipline
- Past experiences in managing data centre infrastructure and its relevant mechanical and electrical systems
