RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Predict, plan, arrange, and review all resources including manpower, machineries, materials, logistic, temporary works, preliminaries etc. that are needed to complete the project
Supervise the construction projects to ensure the project is accordance with the schedule and within budget
- Coordinate all technical activities with contractors; supplier and project team ensuing specifications are follows
To review and propose revisions to project requirements when necessary- Provide the necessary coaching to Project Team, sub-contractors with the knowledge and skills
Responsible for liaison with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers, and submission of progress report as required
- Ensuring that all aspects of the project proceed while adhering to internal company SOPs as well as external regulations and laws (inclusive of maintenance of project documentation / reports)
Perform all other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time- Monitor all license & certificates for project purpose
Guide and lead the Project Team and QS
- Checking of construction drawings and liaison with Project Team on site/technical issues and provide solutions
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Construction Management / Civil Engineering
Min 5 years of working experience in construction field
- Excellent communication skills
Excellent time management skills to ensure the deadlines are met Fluent in speaking and writing of English and Mandarin is a must as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients
- Able to make critical judgement and decisions
Computer literate
