We are looking for a Digital Consultant Business Analyst to join our growing team!

As a key member of the GrowthOps team, you will play a crucial role in driving project success through a variety of responsibilities:
- Understanding Business Needs: You will analyze complex business landscapes and articulate the needs of diverse stakeholders. By conducting interactive workshops, you will gather requirements and extract valuable insights that drive better targeting and alignment with marketing and business objectives.
- Problem Identification and Resolution: You will conduct thorough investigations to identify underlying causes of problems using techniques such as root cause analysis. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will gather diverse perspectives to ensure all viewpoints are considered. You will prioritize issues based on their impact and urgency, utilizing data analytics to support your findings and providing a factual basis for decision-making. Clear documentation of problem statements, analysis outcomes, and proposed solutions will create a reference for future projects and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Evaluating and Improving Processes: Your role will involve assessing existing business processes to anticipate requirements and uncover areas for improvement. You will develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Project Planning and Execution: You will be responsible for planning timelines for end-to-end project execution, ensuring that all milestones are met. This includes enforcing deadlines, identifying potential project risks, and formulating robust mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- UI/UX Support: Collaborating closely with design teams, you will support the UI/UX aspects of the system or app being built.
- Documentation: You will create comprehensive functional specifications and system design documents that translate client agreements into clear business rules. Additionally, you will design detailed process flow diagrams to support these specifications and consolidate content documentation, serving as a reference for all user inputs, outputs, and system interactions.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: You will lead, collaborate or support various testing phases, including System Testing, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Usability Testing. This involves developing detailed test plans and scripts, preparing test data, and ensuring that issues or defects are identified, tracked, reported, and resolved promptly to maintain high-quality standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Acting as a trusted advisor, you will effectively communicate business requirements to the development team, ensuring that all build processes adhere to client expectations. You will also facilitate team and client meetings, delivering informative and well-organized presentations while managing client expectations and fostering strong relationships.
- Continuous Improvement: Your proactive approach will enable you to consistently identify opportunities for process enhancement and share best practices with the team, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the organization
