Main Job Responsibilities- Develop project plans for GAEA WPC product supply and installation.
Initiate and coordinate projects, ensuring compliance and approvals.- Lead installation teams, allocate tasks, and ensure high-quality work.
Enforce quality control measures during installations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with installation method during supply and installation.- Maintain accurate project documentation.
Prepare regular progress reports and contribute to process improvement.
- Address technical challenges promptly and implement innovative solutions.
Contribute to the development of improved technical processes.
Preferred Bachelors Degree in any field.- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field.
Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
Good in interpersonal & communication skills, presentation skills, analytic problem solving, critical thinker, result focused and continuous learning.- Ability to assess priorities, demonstrate flexibility and understand sense of urgency.
