Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Lead a project management team.
  • Responsible for the daily management of M&E projects, primarily including overall progress, construction quality, safety management, etc.
  • Coordinate work surfaces among various professional contractors.
  • Communicate and coordinate with owners and consultants.
  • Participate in meetings organized by consultants and address issues that arise during construction.

Job Requirements

  • Full-time undergraduate degree or above in an M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) related major.
  • More than five years of work experience, with over two years of project experience.
  • Proficient in Mandarin.
  • Strong on-site communication, coordination, and management capabilities.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
  • Priority will be given to candidates with experience in factory engineering construction management.
