Now we are hiring a dynamic Project Manager, passionate about driving business development projects and leading cross-functional teams to success.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage business development projects from inception to completion
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation strategies
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, CS, IT, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure best practices are implemented
Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to senior management and other key stakeholders
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients to ensure project alignment with business objectives
Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies
Requirements
Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello)
Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive project decisions and improvements
Familiarity with CRM systems, trading platforms, and financial software
Knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation strategies in project management
Resilience to work across a number of projects and balance a workload
Ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving common goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop innovative solutions
Proficiency in managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
Skilled in negotiating project terms, resource allocation, and managing stakeholder expectations
Flexible and able to adjust to changing project requirements and environments
A collaborative approach to working with diverse teams and departments
Will be a plus
Previous experience in the fintech industry
Knowledge of other languages
Experience in Big 4 companies
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification
