Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and execute automation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Automation & Computer Vision) to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage project risks, changes, and resources, providing timely updates to stakeholders and clients.
- Develop project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory standards, compliance protocols, and company objectives.
- Identify areas for process improvement and work closely with the team to implement solutions that enhance productivity and automation efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project communication, providing consistent updates on project progress to leadership and clients.
- Coordinate testing and deployment phases with the technical team and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in automation or engineering.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects in manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong understanding of engineering
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Notion, Jira, or similar software.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with computer vision or machine learning projects.
- Familiarity with quality control processes in manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or knowledge of industrial automation tools.
