ALTEL is currently seeking a Project Manager for the Service Delivery department with expertise in ICT or Telco. The selected individual will be responsible for leading designated customer projects, ensuring project objectives are achieved, meeting customer expectations, and managing the customer relationship optimally within the confines ofthecontract.
- You will establish project/program governance and establish the project plan baseline: define project scope and align with customer business objectives.
- You will secure the necessary teams, resources and plans and monitor all activities.
- Govern projects at program execution: monitor and handle changes, conflicts, and critical issues.
- Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events.
- Govern financial system monitoring and project performance benchmarking.
- Develop the business: participate to contract preparation and to pre-sales meeting.
- Develop the project management discipline: simplify processes, methods, and tools withcreativeideas.
- Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.- Professional certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL can be an advantage.
Proven experience managing ICT orTelcoprojects.
