Job Description- Manage and oversee the project management division (Building Services) for all renovation and development projects.
Coordinate with Authorities for regulatory submissions.- Coordinate with Chargeman, Supervisor and Technician and monitor departments performance (budget/ CAPEX).
Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of building, facilities and equipment; make arrangements for repair and/or replacement of used and damaged equipment.
- Resolve construction related problems, disputes and compliance issues.
To be PIC for all hospital-wide renovations in terms of M&E, regulated acts and end-user requirements.- Adherence and compliance to all statutory requirements, license renewal including Bomba, Machineries Act, OSH act.
Ensure maximum uptime or minimal downtime of all plant and equipment.
- Develop and implement an asset management program for all building services using TOMMS (CMMS).
Adherence and compliance to participated hospital accreditation including MSQH, JCI and ACHS
Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in assistant manager capacity, preferably in hospital industry.
Strong in facilities building maintenance skills, mechanical & electrical system skills.
- Experience in commissioning, accreditation in healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
