Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee the execution of training programs and pilot projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, enabling them to coordinate effectively with stakeholders, manage resources, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This role requires a proactive approach to planning, execution, and evaluation, ensuring successful outcomes for both training initiatives and pilot projects. The Project Manager will also manage a small team of 2-3 people.
Training Program Coordination:- Develop and maintain a comprehensive training program roadmap.
Coordinate and schedule training sessions and workshops.- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update training materials.
Track the effectiveness of training programs and gather participant feedback for continuous improvement.
- Manage training budgets and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Pilot Project Coordination:
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for pilot projects.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.- Conduct post-project evaluations and recommend improvements to enhance future initiatives.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within project teams.
Lead and manage a team of 2-3 individuals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members have the resources and training they need to succeed.
Promote a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress and address any challenges.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on coordinating training programs and managing pilot projects.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in budget management and compliance with policies.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a similar industry or sector.
- Knowledge of best practices in training and development.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
