Join us as a Project Finance Analyst for the Process Automation Business area where you will be responsible for support on projects from controlling and operational perspective. Working closely with project management team on organizing and coordinating on a daily activity related to customer & vendor invoicing/documents/project KPI's / Cost monitoring / Forecasting etc.
This position reports to the Project Finance Manager and based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
Your responsibilities
- Taking responsibilities to support project in PAEN Singapore (check the project KPI's like GM%, absorption, cashflow, risk & opportunities, project life cycle value etc.)
- Collaborating with the project team members on project invoices, financial accounting, and reporting. Driving revenues and project cash flow and seek for optimization
- Handling Project Cash flow, Tools, and processes like SAP / PR+ etc align with CFIN
- Developing relevant dashboards & KPI's for projects to ensure adequate compliance and reporting structure to senior managers in the organization
- Identifying areas for improvement based on dashboards & KPI's.
- Identifying potential risks and issuing that could impact projects
- Establishing the process around documentation for the project from bid to closure of the project in common folder
Your background
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- More than 5 years of years of experience in Project Finance, Controlling and accounting
- Experience in financial project control, with a track record of successfully managing projects
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
