Job Requirements- Excellent technical skills in CAD & Microsoft Office.
Able to check project status at construction site- Applicants must be willing to work at Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam
Matured, positive minded, responsible & reliable
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Roof / Metal Roof, sales, CAD 2D / 3D, Sketch Up, Revit (3D Modelling) software, Photoshop & other relevant software will be an advantage.
Document/ Report Preparation & Review including but not restricted to tender, bills of quantities, contract, costing, reports & analysis.- Handle shop drawing submission, As-built drawing.
Prepare materials order.
Monitor construction materials & quantity- Ensure final drawing work comply with contract, regulations and quality standards.
