Opening with a FMCG company in KL, a subsidiary of a top conglomerate in Asia.
- Communicate with business units to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Liaise with the technical team to convey business requirements and address technical issues.
- Conduct system QA testing and monitor testing timeline and quality.
- Prepare comprehensive system documentation.
- Generate reports and user guides to aid system users.
- Provide support for daily system batch processing.
- Offer post-system implementation helpdesk support.
- Manage and support point-of-sale pricing maintenance activities.
- Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in IT-related fields.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Database SQL.
- Understanding of system QA cycle and processes, with hands-on experience in system testing.
- Experience in documenting business requirements.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Experience in point-of-sale systems.
- Certification in relevant IT fields (e.g., ISTQB certification for software testing).
