Job Descriptions :- Prepare and regularly update feasibility studies.
Develop and maintain implementation schedules, ensuring timely tracking and progress updates.- Coordinate, monitor, and verify the work of consultants and contractors.
Address and resolve complaints related to work and defects.
- Certify defects and follow up with necessary actions for rectification.
Report on the performance of contractors and certify completed work.- Perform clerical tasks, including filing, preparation of work orders, quotations, and document printing.
Minimum 3 year working experience in Construction, Real Estate, or equivalent- Possess Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Engineering, QS, Construction.
