Position Title: Project Executive (Construction)
- Working Location: North Mandai (Nearest MRT: Kranji) Requires taking a bus for a few stops
Working Hours:
- 5 days (Mon-Fri: 9 am 5.30 pm, Sat: 9 am-1 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 2800 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project operations.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
Support the Project Manager in coordinating project activities and resolving any issues that arise.- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status.
Assist in the preparation of quotations, bids, and tenders for new projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the successful delivery of projects.
Min. ITE
- Min. 1 year of working experience in the related field
Training is provided to an inexperienced candidate- Knowledge of quantity surveying is a plus
