Job Description

  • To ensure project execution are compliance with planning, preparation, execution and customer feedback review accomplishment

  • To support projects on site which covers job pack preparation which covers schedule, material, costing and manpower loading to ensure project on time, procurement, reporting and mitigate problem arise with operations team

  • Always ensure project are carried out within the set budget, any deviation need to update superior immediate.

  • Manpower/Resources planning during operations, anticipate and seek superior approval on manpower planning.

  • Communicate with marketing and Operations team regularly and on needs and issues.

  • To ensure all the jobs are carried out with utmost level of safety and quality regardless on client site or own workshop. Any deviation shall be reported immediately to management

  • To maintain upkeep of workshop, company vehicle and tools in good condition at all times. Must be ready use condition when needed.

  • To maintain inventory management for tools and machinery and need to periodically checked

  • Project documentation management and service reporting on monthly basis

  • To oversee outsource procurement job (Material or service), getting multiple quotes for effective selection along with administrative personal for cost saving initiatives

  • Initiate improvement and cost savings program at level of observation possible

  • Carry out passive marketing with all exiting customer and maintain good reputations, ensure customer feedback are followed upon each job completions. Improvement based on customer feedback shall be discussed with management and carry out if required

  • Familiarize with workshop machinery, usage, troubleshooting, related consumables stock.

  • Familiarize with precision tools, usage, calibration and record keeping.

  • Prepare progress claim, follow up with clients on progress claim and approval for administrative processing.

  • Discuss with superior in case of any discrepancy, deviation or argument in project specification and execution plan.

  • Work closely with administrative personal to ensure documentation are up to dated

    Report to immediate superior for day-to-day work progress update

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
