Primarily engage in end-to-end solar project management.
Support in overall of the whole division in terms of manpower requirement, material sourcing, tendering, monitoring the project schedule and successful completion of the project within budget.
Manage and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and consultants involved in the project, ensuring quality and adherence to project specifications.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, address any technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including clients and regulatory authorities.
Stay updated with renewable energy sector especially solar trends in terms of technological advancements and regulatory changes.
Calculate energy rebates and negotiate for clients to achieve best incentives to allow projects to move forward, working with sales team by providing technical assistance and guidance.
Calculate and estimate various incentives for clients to implement energy reduction Projects for Solar rooftop installation.
Prepare and present technical content, proposals, analysis, and feasibility reports inclusive of tender submissions.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Professional Degree or equivalent in the relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in renewable energy.
Proven experience in solar energy project development, design, and implementation with a focus on residential and commercial.
Very good knowledge in trend of renewable energy/solar industry.
Have knowledge on electrical installations.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Equivalent experience & knowledge in Photovoltaic industry are preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
