Job description :- To assist in planning, monitoring and controlling development activities and authorities liaison for development projects.
Coordination and monitoring of the site work progress according to work time schedule and quality compliances.- Coordination on contract related matters.
Coordination and arrangement of material purchasing.
- Liaise with consultants on project planning and development related matters and follow up on Authority submission progress and approval obtained on timely manner
To prepare correspondence for authority submission/ contractors and relevant parties and keep proper tracking on approval letters- To ensure all drawings compliance with designs and requirements
To assist coordinate design, planning works with consultants, contractors and relevant parties at all stages of Project Management
- Any other assignments instructed by Superiors or the Management
Diploma or Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management and Planning
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the property development industry with at least 2 years in a similar capacity
Knowledge of Microsoft Project is an added advantage- Well-versed in architectural, civil, structural, landscape, mechanical and electrical works
Good interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills
- Self-motive person and able to work independently
