To assist Project Manager on the day-to-day operations and participate in overall project management, including tender submission, project planning, legal submission, execution, maintenance, testing and commissioning, monitoring etc.
To supervise work execution to ensure compliance with specs, Best Practices and quality control.
To coordinate among client, project team members, contractors, sub-contractor & workers to ensure smooth execution of projects.
To monitor and prepare minutes of meeting, progress report, monthly management report etc. required by the project and organization.
To implement, control and coordinate all project activities to ensure smooth execution of project, completed within time frame & budget.
To build, develop and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project/ order.
To maintain document control and track projects activities with project tools MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, etc.) and working on and with computer aided designs (AutoCAD, BIM, Tekla, etc.)
To review, comment, and advice the accuracy and compliance to set standards of Technical Proposals, Construction Drawings, Power Layouts, etc.
To request Bill of Quantities from and negotiating quotation with vendors and prepare budget details based on the quote received.
To attend site visits with surveyors, contractors, clients, consultants, and Local Authorities.
To manage, supervise, and oversee subcon works and all site testing works in accordance to drawing and specifications, and compliance with contract.
Any other ad-hoc duties deemed necessary or assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or any related field.
Possessing any Electrical Competency Certification(s) is an advantage.
Possessing knowledge and/or experience in Telecommunication-related Industry is a major advantage.
Minimum one (1) year of work experience in related industry. Fresh graduates may also apply.
Must be proficient in MS Words, Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
