Responsibilities:- Manage (planning, execution, monitoring) downstream engineering projects.
Prepare for tender BQ and relevant documents, involve in tender interview and evaluation of contractor for the projects.- Liaise and follow-up closely with clients, contractors and other associated parties to ensure assigned projects are completed within the timeline and budget.
Verify project progress claim and payment certification.
- To supervise contractors & monitor their workmanship on site.
Clear doubts and solve conflicts from all relevant parties.- Practice good governance and compliance with Building/Machinery/Safety Codes & Regulations.
Multitasking and carry out other jobs assigned as and when required.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply.
Familiar with common industrial practices and regulatory.- Knowledge in Oil Palm Plantation will be an added advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate and proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
Flexible and willing to go outstation and work beyond normal working hours.- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Applicants with strong analytical, problem solving skills, result oriented, hardworking and good leadership skills will have an added advantage.
