Job Title: Project Engineer - HVAC (Design & Build)

• Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Project Engineer with a strong focus on HVAC systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design and build aspects of HVAC projects, ensuring the successful execution of each project from start to finish.

• Key Responsibilities:

Design & Build: Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed HVAC designs and oversee the build process to ensure all specifications are met.

Project Management: Handle project execution on-site, coordinating with clients from both private and government sectors.Systematic Approach: Develop and implement systematic procedures for drawing, filing, and managing on-site supervisors and staff.

• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports for top management, including cost analysis, profit, and loss statements.

Scheduling: Use Microsoft Project to create project schedules, including Critical Path Method (CPM) and S-curve analysis.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor site supervisors and staff to ensure project goals are achieved efficiently and effectively.

• Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in HVAC project design and build.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project.Project Handling: Strong understanding of project management on-site, particularly for private and government clients.
