Tasks & responsibilities- Read drawing, Set out works.
Responsible for project coordination and implementation according to drawing.- Ensure all projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.
Manage foreign workers and project site daily with worker timesheets.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders; clients, consultants, local authorities, sub-contractors, suppliers, etc to ensure the quality of work is up to specified requirements and completed to their satisfaction.
Preparation of drawings, material delivery planning, project schedule and etc- Ensure that all documentation for RFI, drawings and method statement is submitted, and that all work is completed in a timely manner.
Compile samples and get necessary approvals for site works
- Preparation & submission of project documentations such as progress report, shop-drawing, as-built drawing, operational manual, Progress Claims and Vos.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Qualifications & experience
Minimum 2-3 years experience in Project Management (in the construction industry)- Willing to travel and possess own transport.
Knowledge of Microsoft excel, word, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
- Good communication and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Multi-tasking, problem-solving skills and being a team player.- Familiar with site work and dealing with foreign workers.
Candidates with knowledge in electrical systems will be preferred.
