Job Description- Monitor and supervise project site work, construction operation and other activities i.e. material delivery, hoisting activity, M&E installation works etc.
Responsible to handle and complete the project within the pre-determined cost & time- Attend project monitoring site work progress, sub-con & workers attendance
Liaison with the main contractors Builders, Consultants, other M&E services
- To assist in testing and commissioning work, site inspection with Engineers
Prepare daily activities planning & programming
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent- Knowledge in design and AutoCad are an added advantage
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required
- Able to coordinate, supervise and liaise with Clients, Consultants, Authorities and Contractors
Good Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact well at all levels- Mature personality, independent, initiative, self-motivated and have good technical skills in decision making
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Possess with own transport and willing to work at Selangor
