Attend to all mechanical and electrical problems or breakdown at site.
Prepare, monitor, coordinate and report project site activities i.e logistics, manpower arrangements, installation etc.
Assist Project Manager on site work and site management, as well as preparation of related forms such as work program, progress report, correspondence, manual, inspection form for site etc.
Analyze, understand and document development requirements of mechanical and electrical designs.
Perform and evaluate costing in order to meet costing target.
Attend site meetings, liaise with consultants, main contractors, and sub-contractors.
Liaise with client, worker, sub-contractor on work progress at site.

At least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC or equivalent .
Prefer 1 years of working experience in project background with M&E, Cleanroom, Piping System,
Require own transport, willing to outstation and based at assigned project location.
Strong planning, organizational and supervision skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervison.
