Responsibilities: Lead the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring smooth progression and successful outcomes.
Share accountability with the project manager for project achievements and results.
Supervise installation and commissioning processes, ensuring adherence to quality
standards.
Establish and articulate project requirements, timelines, and deliverables with clarity.
Efficiently manage project scope by documenting, approving, and communicating any
alterations.
Monitor project milestones closely and furnish management with regular status updates.
Timely preparation of progress claims to facilitate transparent project tracking.
Promptly report issues and propose solutions to the project manager.
Ensure comprehensive archiving of all project documents upon project culmination.
Minimum 2-5 years of of BMS (new building/ retrofit) Project Management experience.
CIDB Certification is a must.
Experience with Schneider System.
Expose to Networking Environment.
