JOB SUMMARYHandling of submission for material/shop drawing/method statement/detail drawing and other related submissions for design.
To co-ordinate and assist the Designer Manager in the pre-contract activities of design inception, Design Development and Contract Documentation for the Interior Design works.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, and design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, In Design, Photoshop, Auto CAD & SketchUp
To support Contract Department for BQ and costing when necessary- To create and update interior architecture drawings including Interior Plan, and detail drawings, for proposal, construction, and as-built with quality control.
Review quality of construction material at site and ensure compliance with project quality plan (PQP) & specifications.
- To create and update material specifications in coordination with the supplier.
Candidate with QA/QC experience will be prioritize.
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Interior Design or related fields.- Minimum 2-3 years of interior design experience
Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Sketch Up
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as maintain good working relationships with team members.
Dedicated and result oriented, problem solver- Good working attitude, creativity, and resourcefulness (in material selections, etc.)
Can start to work immediately.
