Job Responsibility
- Collaborate with local universities, and coordinate cooperation projects.
- Arrange for students to arrive and adapt to Malaysia.
- Routine management of students who study in Malaysian schools.
- Arrange student visit itineraries, including campus tours and course introductions.
- Organize recruitment events, including participating in various recruitment fairs and campus presentations.
- Travel for recruitment activities to expand the company's business.
Job Requirements
- At least a Diploma or above.
- Preferable candidates with proven experience as personal assistant/Executive Assistant
- Good oral and written communication skills: English and Malay
- Applicants must be willing to travel among KL/Johor Bahru ( Medini)/Penang
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibility, Punctuality, Team Work, Self Discipline, Initiative.
- A good and effective problem-solver with a likable personality.
