We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Moodle-based projects. The Project Coordinator will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and instructional designers to ensure that Moodle projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with Moodle or similar Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Project Planning & Coordination:Assist in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines for Moodle-related projects. Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple Moodle projects, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including instructional designers, developers, and clients. Facilitate regular meetings and ensure clear communication regarding project status, risks, and any adjustments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively, monitor workloads, and adjust priorities as needed to meet project deadlines.
- Project Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor and track the progress of each Moodle project. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
Ensure that all Moodle deliverables meet quality standards before they are deployed, conducting testing as necessary in collaboration with technical teams.
Assist in creating training materials and providing support to end-users and clients to ensure the effective use of the Moodle platform.
Education:Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Education Technology, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of project coordination experience, ideally within the education technology space or with software-based projects.- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), particularly Moodle, is highly desirable.
Skills:- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.- Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, Jira, or similar.
Basic understanding of instructional design principles and Moodle LMS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
