JOB OVERVIEW: -We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.
Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Project Manager and software development team to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as youll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
Ultimately, the Project Coordinators duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

- Experience with all aspects of multiple concurrent projects including scope, requirements, timelines, and resource allocation.
Analyze business requirements, negotiate scope, execute project plans and develop functional requirements.- Self-starting, self-motivated, self-directed, and self-sufficient.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) to all levels of an organization.
- Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings).
Strong technical proficiency, especially relating to mobile applications, web applications and development, systems integration, and product release and support requirements.- Must be able to grasp issues quickly and while factoring in technical dependencies and system limitations, make educated decisions in the absence of complete information.
The ability to frame technical solutions/options and negotiate business acceptance.
- Excellent organizational, tracking skills, and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills - both business facing and Engineering.
Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers.- Experience with all aspects of multiple concurrent projects including scope, requirements, timelines, and resource allocation.
Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- MUST be willing to work overtime, weekends or public holiday and travel outstation occasionally to perform any task assigned.
