Job Description:
- Responsible for day to day business functions and project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents
To manage fixed assets and keep track of key details of companys property- Responsible for the project procurement process and coordinate the logistic arrangement for goods delivery and receipt
Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has whats needed at the right time
- Schedule stakeholder meetings, prepare and maintain project document and reports
Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables- Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
Requirements :- Candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills.
Required skills : Microsoft Word/ Microsoft Excel
- Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, and/or Mandarin
Fast learner with positive attitude- Able to work under pressure and work independently
1 year of working experience is preferable, however, fresh graduate is welcomed to apply
