Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Develop project plans, goals, and budgets, and identify resources needed
  • Manage project deliverables in line with agreed-upon timelines
  • Monitor, track, and report on project progress and deliverables
  • Manage and monitor project budgets
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams
  • Lead project reviews, and make adjustments as needed

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in conference & events operations
  • Passionate and have good understanding of event management and hospitality industry
  • Good in multi-tasking and ability to juggle amongst clients, deadlines & vendors
  • Work independently, Organized & Detail oriented
  • Possess Excellent time management skills and a strong work ethic with positive attitudes and mindsets
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Skill & knowledge in Microsoft Power Point, Excel & Word
  • Able to work under pressure in dynamic and fast-paced environment with the ability to act quick and exercise good judgement
  • Possess own transportation and willing to travel
  • Flexible to work after working hours, weekends and public holidays
