Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that include scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.
Resource Management: Allocate project resources, including team members, budget, and equipment. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis. Assign tasks and set deadlines to ensure project milestones are met.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and management. Provide regular project updates and reports.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Conduct project evaluations and assess results.
  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met. Track project costs and make adjustments as necessary.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and other relevant materials.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 1 years of admin work experience, preferably in the software or web design industry.
  • Skills:
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM3,500.00 per month
