Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing our website and ensuring excellent client interactions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Website Management:
Assist in maintaining and updating websites, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with the web development team to implement new features and improvements.
Monitor website performance and user experience, providing feedback and recommendations for enhancements.
  • Ensure SEO best practices are applied to increase website visibility and traffic.
Manage website content, including blogs, product descriptions, and announcements.
  • Client Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing support.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring they understand our services and how to use our digital tools.
Maintain regular communication with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction.
Help organize and manage client meetings, including preparation of materials and follow-up actions.
  • Project Support:

Assist in planning and executing projects related to website enhancements and client services.
  • Track project timelines and milestones, ensuring deadlines are met.
Prepare project reports and presentations for internal and client review.
  • Support the team in conducting market research and analysis to inform project strategies.
  • Administrative Tasks:
Maintain organized records of client communications and project documentation.
  • Assist in preparing and processing client contracts and agreements.
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in website management and client relations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM4,800.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
  • Performance bonus
