Responsibilities:- Planning, designing, preparing drawing and overseeing the projects according to the requirements by Company
Undertaking a range of architectural duties including preparation of report, perspective, drawings, minute writings, specifications and site visit as per requirements- Reviewing building codes and regulations, researching materials and construction methods
Ability to lead and manage projects with reasonable understanding of Building Contract and Authority By-Laws
- Performing project management tasks, including budget tracking and scheduling, quality control and value engineering
Liaison with consultants, contractors and local authorities- Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required from time to time by Company
Having experience in residential, commercial and hospitality development from conceptual stage to project handover
Bachelors Degree in Architecture Studies
- Minimum 5 years experience in Project Management (in property development)
Proficient in computer-aided design softwares, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit- Designing and site supervising for projects
Exceptional technical writing and presentation capabilities
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia with excellent communication and writing skills
Experience in high rise property development from conceptual stage to execution is an advantage- Good in planning and problems solving skills
Willing to travel and possess own transport
