Key Responsibilities:- Project Leadership: Lead initiatives for any new projects, particularly from relevant opportunities.
Tender Management:
Manage tenders project and navigate government grant applications to secure funding for projects.Market Expansion:
Identify and secure opportunities to expand market presence, leveraging government grants and initiatives.Digital Marketing: Oversee and manage social media accounts to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Innovative Services: Spearhead new services such as power bank rentals and Chinese tea services to diversify revenue streams.
Investor Relations:
Actively seek and engage potential investors for ventures, particularly in land acquisition for future developments- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
Conduct market research and gather information to support strategic planning.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a managerial role.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Own transport required for frequent travel to project sites and meetings.
